Mavi – At the Botanika 

On the upper floors of a high-rise, this apartment was redesigned for a young family of four who value simplicity, creativity, and reuse. Studio dvāra reworked the standard layout into an open, flexible space shaped by their daily routines and changing seasons.  

Materials and details were chosen with care: hand-poured terrazzo in grey and blue grounds the space; custom elements like a wave-patterned bookshelf, a mural made from blue paint swatches, and Vedic verses behind the swing add layers of meaning. Personal corners—a bay window seat, reading spots, and a grand piano—make the home feel individual and lived-in.  

The design avoids rigid boundaries, instead creating a flow that supports how the couple lives. Every element has purpose and personality: practical, expressive, and built to evolve.
