Doyen – The Model Apartment  

As a team Studio Dvara was given the opportunity to design the first impression of a new residential venture by Doyen Construction  .

The brief: craft a model apartment at Doyen Ascent in Lingampally that speaks to the aspirations of modern living. More than showcasing finishes or furniture, the space needed to illustrate the everyday life envisioned for its residents.  

Spread across 2,800 square feet, the layout is straightforward—a 3-bedroom home with a generous living room, kitchen, and dining area that breaks into a balcony. But it’s in the subtleties of space planning and material selection that the story unfolds. Clean lines, quiet textures, and a refined palette offer a canvas that feels open yet grounded. The design is intentionally understated, allowing potential residents to see themselves in the space, to imagine routines, rituals, and the comforts of daily life.  

This model flat isn’t just a display—it’s an invitation. A thoughtfully designed preview of what apartment living can be: modern and serene.
